This cocktail was created by Lucas, a bartender at the Symbiose in Bordeaux. It will awaken all your taste buds with its eclectic mix of flavours from acidity, bitterness and sweetness to the alcoholic and vegetable side.

Ingredients:

- 6 cl of MAH
- I dash of lemon juice
- I trait of Gentian
- I line by Fernet Branca
- I dash of Ginger Beer
- I dash of grape syrup
- Some Ricqles mint leaves

Recipe:

1. Fill a glass with ice cubes to refresh it.
2. Pour all the ingredients into a shaker along with some more ice cubes.
3. Shake the shaker for 10 seconds.
4. Pour the preparation from the shaker into the glass filled with ice cubes.
5. Add a mint leaf as decoration.
